The entire correspondence and processing, shipping (to Switzerland) and refund of the deposit was quick and unbureaucratic, and the Venus2000 exceeded all my expectations, so I decided to buy a Venus2000. What can I say? There is no better customer service. I placed the order on Monday and on Friday the Venus2000 was delivered (to Switzerland, mind you) within 5 days. Many thanks to the team.
