Also with your great service! Thank you very much for that! I was initially slightly put off by the price – but the investment has definitely paid off! My previous experience with another device was quite sobering: it arrived with transport damage (also from the USA). As it was purely mechanical damage, I decided not to send it back and did the repair myself. Gradually, more and more (mechanical) defects were added until the device was ultimately almost unusable. From then on, all attempts to continue using the device, which was not exactly cheap, by means of self-made receivers and various liners failed. This ultimately resulted in a lot of unnecessary expenditure and made me decide to buy the Venus 2000. Incidentally, the air in/out function was not available on my old device, which I have now discovered is a decisive factor in its use.
