The Venus 2000 appliance arrived in a very well-packed box. All parts were safely stowed away. The assembly was self-explanatory, and helpful information sheets were also enclosed, including instructions for returning the device. A return label was also included – very straightforward!

About the device itself:

Using it is a special experience and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and customization. It’s really fun and offers an extraordinary sensory experience.

One small point of criticism:

Unfortunately, the appliance gets quite loud at high power, which was a bit annoying for me.
