Exemplary customer service and great device

After 2 rentals, one less, the other more satisfactory (liner was a little too small for the first rental :/) I have now decided to buy one myself and even if the purchase price could be a little lower, the investment is definitely worth it, as the device itself can’t break much if you handle it properly, spare parts are easily available and it has been proving its reliability for many years. Contact and email correspondence has always been quick and smooth for me so far (they have even responded on Sundays) and the employee who looked after me was always very friendly and courteous and was on hand to help with any questions. After I had made my request, I received prompt feedback on the current price of the device (dollar price + VAT + 3.7% customs duty) and after approval a purchase contract was sent to me. So I printed it out on Sunday, signed it, scanned it, sent it back and transferred the money. Then the device was ordered on the same day and arrived in Germany after 3 days, unfortunately UPS had a breakdown and the package was delayed by one day, after which everything was checked again and then sent on, so that the package arrived on Saturday and I was able to unpack and try it out on time. During the shipping process, I was of course informed about every step in a friendly manner and always knew what my parcel was doing, which is exactly the same with the rental company. And what can I say, it was as good as I remembered it, the Nipple Massager is already gripping nicely without lubricant and feels really, really good when you stand on it, almost as if the nipples were being touched and sucked in from all sides at the same time and as loosely or firmly, quickly or slowly as you like, I can only recommend it to everyone (: The reciver also does its job and glides effortlessly up and down as it should. After a few days I unfortunately found out that the reciver from a nipple massager was leaking at the screw connection and had lost air, so I wrote an email and the next day the new one was already shipped, thanks again for the friendly staff and the good customer service, I am completely satisfied with it, oh and before I forget, loyalty also pays off, because you get another 45€ discount on the purchase if you have rented a device there before, and if you rent it again it is a 5€ regular customer discount.
