On the website I requested the machine with the corresponding options (I selected the machine with the two head/nipple massagers) for a period of time. A few minutes after I sent the request, I received an email that my request had been received. To my regret, I was informed that I had made my request during the company vacations. I received an answer to my request directly on the day – which was mentioned in the email – but unfortunately all the machines were in the rental shop at the time I requested, so we postponed the whole thing a week. Immediately afterwards, I received the rental contract in the form of a PDF form by email. The positive thing to mention here is that this form can be filled out and signed on the PC. This saves you having to print, sign and scan it. Immediately afterwards I made the bank transfer and promptly received confirmation of receipt of payment the next day. I then received the next email on the day of dispatch and the machine was with me on the specified day. The shipping packaging was neutral and the machine was very well packed. The individual components were once again packed in resealable plastic bags. Detailed instructions and a return label were also included. When the time came and I had to say goodbye to the machine, I cleaned it thoroughly once again, removed the rubber liner – as stated in the instructions – and put the machine back in the box according to the instructions. I then returned the parcel to the post office on the agreed day, which I thought took an unusually long time due to a public holiday. As soon as the parcel arrived I received an email confirming receipt and my deposit was refunded. All in all, the service was first class and very professional – many companies should take this as an example. About the machine: Both the machine and the individual accessories were very clean and individually packaged. With the instructions, the machine was ready for use in just a few steps. When it comes to the size of the cylinder, you should be honest with yourself and specify the right size. However, if you wear intimate jewelry like me, you should definitely take this into account, which I didn’t do. This can lead to a very unpleasant or even painful first contact with the Venus2000. This is because the length of the bar plus the diameter of the ball was longer than the inner diameter of the cylinder. This led to the piercing becoming wedged in the cylinder, which was very unpleasant. I was able to solve the problem by using smaller balls. If in doubt, it is better to ask by email what the inside diameter of the cylinder is, so you can avoid this experience. Operating the machine is very simple, but you shouldn’t skimp on the lubricant. You can use the two control elements to regulate the speed and the other control element to regulate the air pressure in the system. If you reduce the air pressure, a greater vacuum is built up and the lift height is reduced. The negative pressure makes the sensation much more intense. The effect is the same as with a vacuum cylinder, the penis swells. If you increase the air pressure, the stroke height increases. In other words, the cylinder continues to go up and down. However, you have to find the right setting here, otherwise the cylinder will go down if the stroke is too high. I had the most fun with the normal cylinder, the head/nipple massager wasn’t really my thing, but that’s for everyone to find out for themselves. The rubber liner felt great as soon as it got up to body temperature, which it did very quickly. On the manufacturer’s website you can order a studded insert for the Reveiver, perhaps that would be another option that could be offered for hire. You have to play with the settings a little until you find the right one for you. The machine doesn’t get tired and continues relentlessly even when you’re already “finished”. Conclusion: I had an exciting and very satisfying time with the machine, but you can tell that the design of the machine is a bit older. The setting options are simply too static in the long run. The machine is very solidly built and durable, if you invest the money you will certainly have something of it for a very long time with good care. However, I would like to see a Venus2020, one evolutionary step further, so to speak. The whole thing would have to be made a little more dynamic so that the machine regulates the speed and air pressure variably. Maybe a timer that you set to 30 minutes and the machine only switches off again after that. Just a few innovations to keep the machine interesting in the long term. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and the machine, and I will certainly be using the Venus2000 again.
