The order, delivery, communication and processing are really good.

Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course in this day and age. We decided to hire them after seeing a few “movies” about them. The delivery and order, we had both systems (Sybian and Venus 2000), was speedy. Both devices were thoroughly “tested” on the day of arrival. To sum up, both are highly recommended, but you have to and should allow yourself plenty of time. Not because it doesn’t work straight away, but simply because it’s fun. A larger amount of lubricant is definitely recommended for the Venus. I had the feeling that the lubricant disappeared after a while. It then becomes uncomfortable because the rubber is quite rough on the inside. In general, I would be happy to use it again.
