We had the Venus 2000 machine and can say with a smile that we would gladly use it again. The machine was dispatched immediately after receipt of payment and was therefore delivered to us very quickly and promptly. We also received quick answers to questions in advance, so the process was absolutely great. The shipping was already announced to us by the company itself as well as by DHL so that we could always see where our package was. The package itself was inconspicuous, so it could have contained a flower pot. So now to the device itself it is absolutely recommendable if you want to try something new. It was quickly set up and ready to use straight away. The appliance itself also comes with very precise instructions for use that you couldn’t possibly understand. The cautchk hose in the “suction nozzle” as we affectionately called it is obviously always replaced as you are asked to remove the old one yourself. The hygiene of the appliance is absolutely easy to handle if you follow the instructions. We are already looking forward to the next time it was and is worth every penny.
